- SI unit =Newton per metre square
- CGS unit =dyne per centimetre square
- 1 ATM=101325 Newton per metre square
- 1 bar= 10^5 Newton per metre square
- 1 PSI= 694 2.66 Newton per metre square
- 1 torr=1 mm of HG
NOTE
relation between units
1 ATM=101325 Newton per metre square=1.01325 bar= 14.6 psi=760 mm of HG or 760 torr
